Darrell Collison, of Charity, Missouri, may have already shot the biggest buck in the state this year.

Just 3 days into the bow-hunting season, Darrell has bagged himself a buck that is making waves in the hunting world. The buck was green scored at 153 typical and non-typical 220 4/8 gross and 208 1/8 net with 29 points, however, the Dallas County game warden later came up with 36 points.

The pictures of this buck will send chills down your spine, don’t believe us? Check them out:

I don’t know about the scoring system but wonder what it dressed out too.

If the meat 🍖🍗 goes to feed his family, or others, I am ok with it.

“Just curious...what age do you think?”

Also wondering if it’s an exotic? Doesn’t have the appearance of a whitetail or mule deer to me....

So don't kill the deer, but get dinner from the grocery store or a restaurant? Everyone needs food to live. Better that it is wild than factory farmed. As long as it is consumed, I'm OK with it.

If you don't want to hunt, don't do it, but mind your own business. You are sad.

Thats a “high fence” deer that got away probably ...... very nice if just a pasture / free range deer. A non-typical from deer farm more than likely.

Congrats to the hunter.

The weaker animals and plants would disagree, one less predator to them. Man isn’t the only predator.

Then ask would said animal prefer death by quick bullet or by a pack of wolves or bear, torn apart slowly in pieces. Maybe days of suffering. Body parts ripped away. Torn.

Nature is sick and cruel, not mankind.

A deer only lives about 6-8 years before the teeth are all ground down and they starve to death because they can’t chew their food.

Older deer that arent harvested either die of painful starvation as their teeth wear down to nothing or predators like coyotes will run them down and kill them. The quick kill is most humane.
