“How do you stream Amazon Video utilizing AppleTV is there a workaround”
I have used the Amazon app on my iPad or iPhone then AirPlay cast it to the Apple TV

My best recommendation is to first go 1 month without watching any TV, but keep Internet.
if you need news/entertainment, get it from the Internet at whatever site you wish. Then do something with family or find some hobby to fill in the other time. Before long you won’t even miss the old TV.
If after 1 month you just can’t be without TV, I’m sure that the beginning of the “holiday season” sales will begin to appear and you can get a better deal than now.
The specs you want of 55 or more, , 4 HDMI under 1K is a wine taste with a beer budget. The market does not dictate that at this time.
The closet you can get is the 2016 Samsung 60” 4K UN60KU6300 on Amazon for $946.
It has everything you want, but 3 HDMIs instead of 4.
The TV that has all the specs you want at under 1K is the 2015 Sony LED 4K, but it’s 49”.
Both are great TVs. Although I would lean toward the Sony for picture, the HDMIs you are looking for and you can even hook up a computer to it.
***Warning*** don’t buy a TV for the Apps that come with it. You are better off using Apps on a Roku or Apple TV.
If you can, get 240 MHz over 120 which is more common. It reduces the potential for a blurred image.

I’ve purchased 2 Samsungs in the last 10 years, one I fixed once, both are dead and in the landfill now.
I have a Toshiba I bought about 12 years ago and is still going strong. I also bought a couple of cheapo TCL TVs figuring I could afford to replace them a couple of times for the price to buy one Samsung, despite their reputation, they seem to be working fine after a couple of years.

Vizio has OLED? I though that was LG and Samsung technology.
Costco has some really good deals. Are you aware that if the last digit on the price ends in a "7", then the item has been drastically reduced in price because they're trying to move them out to reclaim the shelf space?
They also sell reboxed TV's at discount that have been checked and certified as working perfectly, and extend the Costco warranty on them. These were either demo TVs or returns. We recently bought a re-boxed LG 43-inch Wi-Fi ready TV at about $80 off their regular price, with warranty extended to 5 years thrown in. If anything goes wrong, they'll come to the house and fix it. If they can't, they'll replace it with an equivalent newer model. The TV is in perfect brand-new condition and works great.
A long time ago we had bought a Vizio 42-inch Plasma HD TV from Costco, it had a 2 year warranty. It broke down after the 2 years was over but Costco still gave us a full refund, which we used to buy a new better TV from Costco at lower cost and pocketed the difference. (Will never buy a Vizio again.)
One last point.
Tell everyone not to buy a “smart TV”, just get a TV with all the amazing specs and just buy an Roku, Apple TV or a Chromecast and just get all the functionality with continuous updates without having to worry about it “getting old”.
The reason why is because TV companies don’t update the software on their “smart TV” so it’s not worth going out of the way and buying a “smart TV” when you can get the same exact specs for cheaper without all the useless apps they throw on but never update.

It’s difficult to find a new TV that isn’t “smart” any more. We tried and ended up with smart. Don’t like ‘em. The picture is jerky sometimes, and there’s a time lag for them to come on.
Wow. My “big” TV is a 37”, and all I watch on it is 1950’s or 60’s Westerns! I just can’t take anything made in the last 20 or 30 years......The “HD” doesn’t do much for Bonanza......
