I ate it once. I wasn’t all that impressed. Kinda like a turkey neck. Mostly gristle.
Had it in Florida as an appetizer .... very chewy ...had to douse it in BBQ sauce. Not exactly 4-star.
Too many little bones that remind me of trout only you can’t just take them out in one shot like you ca a trout.
But then maybe I overcooked mine. I roasted it in foil with lemon, garlic and herbs.
