This article was from July 21—not today. In July, Cruz did say the vote your conscience line, etc...a non endorsement.
Today he did a formal endorsement. Not sure why article from 2 months ago was posted as if today...
It has nothing to do with accepting him back. He is a day late and a dollar short. He should have done it at the convention.
