Sushi *does not* mean raw fish as inferred in the article.
Sushi actually means the cooked, prepared rice (sugar, vinegar, saki, and/or mirin)
that is served with raw fish, marinated fish, or vegetables.

I ate one raw at an Air Force survival training orientation. Didn’t want to be the “wimpy” last one to go, as everyone had to eat one, so popped off the head and legs and, I think, pretty much swallowed it whole. High in protein and a good food source for downed aircrews.
We’ll all be foraging and eating them someday if Hil-liar-y and others have their way.
