Does Hillary have Progressive Supranuclear Palsy? -vanity
Yahoo ^ | Sept 22, 2016 | Self

Hillary demonstrates here that she can move her eyes quickly side-to-side, but she may have a GREAT DEAL OF TROUBLE rolling her EYES UP, (or down).

That could be why she had to arch her back, and tip her head side-to-side to watch the balloons falling.

In contrast to her, Bill has no problem looking up just by rolling his eyes UP in his eye sockets.

Hillary's eye problem may also help explain why, when reporters shoved a recording device beneath Hillary's chin she flinched and flung her head backwards, because she couldn't move her eyes DOWN to see the recorder, so it surprised her.

Her vertical eye movement disorder may be "Supranuclear Ophthalmoplegia", which is the cardinal manifestation of "Progressive Supranuclear Palsy" (PSP), which is a degenerative brain disorder.

I suggest that many of you COLLECT and SAVE whatever pertinent findings you can about this condition, because Hillary's troops have a habit of scrubbing the internet of any medical information that is damaging to her cause.

Here is some text I lifted from Parkinsons.org...

Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) is slightly more common than ALS (also called Lou Gehrig disease). Symptoms usually begin in the early 60s. Common early symptoms include forgetfulness, personality changes, and loss of balance while walking that results in unexplained falls. The visual problems associated with PSP generally occur three to five years after the walking problems and involve the inability to aim the eyes properly because of weakness or paralysis of the muscles that move the eyeballs.

I have also saved all of the Wikipedia text as-of today since her storm-troopers will likely tamper with that soon.
Here is a portion of that text, with some possibly-pertinent portions that I highlighted. [my comments in brackets and italics]

Progressive Supranuclear Palsy

Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) is a degenerative disease involving the gradual deterioration and death of specific volumes of the brain.

Symptoms and signs

The initial symptoms in two-thirds of cases are loss of balance, lunging forward when mobilizing, fast walking, bumping into objects or people, and falls.

Other common early symptoms are changes in personality, general slowing of movement, and visual symptoms.

Later symptoms and signs are dementia (typically including loss of inhibition and ability to organize information), slurring of speech, difficulty swallowing, [which can lead to coughing fits and aspiration pneumonia]
and difficulty moving the eyes, particularly in the vertical direction. The latter accounts for some of the falls experienced by these patients as they are unable to look up or down.

Some of the other signs are poor eyelid function, contracture of the facial muscles, a backward tilt of the head with stiffening of the neck muscles, sleep disruption, urinary incontinence and constipation.

The visual symptoms are of particular importance in the diagnosis of this disorder. Patients typically complain of difficulty reading due to the inability to look down well. ... Involuntary eye movement [side-to-side as the head is turned],

may be closer to normal. On close inspection, eye movements called "square-wave jerks" may be visible when the patient fixes at distance. These are fine movements, that can be mistaken for nystagmus, except that they are saccadic in nature, with no smooth phase. [This may explain the limp/overshoot side-to-side eye movements she displayed in Philly]

Difficulties with convergence (convergence insufficiency), where the eyes come closer together while focusing on something near, like the pages of a book, is typical. Because the eyes have trouble coming together to focus at short distances, the patient may complain of diplopia (double vision) when reading. [Remember: her fresnel lens glasses were for double vision]

Cardinal manifestations:
Supranuclear ophthalmoplegia [the inability to roll her eyes UP]
Neck dystonia [involuntary muscle contractions that can result in slow repetitive movements, like her bobble-head imitation]
Parkinsonism [a group of neurological disorders that mimics Parkinson’s disease, tends to progress more rapidly than Parkinson’s, and presents with additional symptoms such as early falling, dementia or hallucinations. Drug-induced Parkinsonism is usually a side effect of drugs that affect dopamine levels in the brain, such as antipsychotics, some calcium channel blockers and stimulants like amphetamines and cocaine.]
  Pseudobulbar palsy
  Behavioral and cognitive impairment
  Imbalance and walking difficulty
  Frequent falls

Differential diagnosis
PSP is one of a number of diseases collectively referred to as Parkinson plus syndromes. Also, patients with the Richardson variant tend to have an upright or arched-back posture as opposed to the stooped-forward posture of other Parkinsonian disorders. Early falls are characteristic, especially with Richardson-syndrome.

Pathophysiology
The principal areas of the brain affected are:
  the basal ganglia, particularly the subthalamic nucleus, substantia nigra and globus pallidus;
  the brainstem, particularly the portion of the midbrain where "supranuclear" eye movement resides;
  the cerebral cortex, particularly that of the frontal lobes;
  the dentate nucleus of the cerebellum;
and the spinal cord, particularly the area where some control of the bladder and bowel resides.

Classification and treatment
There is no known cure for PSP and management is primarily supportive. PSP cases are often split into two subgroups, PSP-Richardson, the classic type, and PSP-Parkinsonism, where a short-term response to levodopa can be obtained. After a few years the Parkinsonian variant tends to take on Richardson features.

Due to the progressive nature of this disease, all individuals eventually lose their ability to walk and will need to progress to using a wheelchair. Severe dysphagia [difficulty swallowing that leads to coughing fits and aspiration pneumonia] often follows, and at this point death is often a matter of months.

Prognosis
There is currently no effective treatment or cure for PSP, although some of the symptoms can respond to nonspecific measures. The average age at symptoms onset is 63 and survival from onset averages 7 years with a wide variance. Pneumonia is a frequent cause of death.

You may have nailed it. Every symptom we have seen is in that, the rigidity while leaning on the pylon waiting for the ambu-limo, the tottering, inability to move her head, the eye problems, the incontinence.

Did you see anything in your research that showed drugs that whip this condition into great shape for an hour or so? Because she does have the ability to appear “fine” for a time.

The link below discusses this terrible disease.

A medical professional in our town was diagnosed with this horrible disease. He was in his early 60’s and started having serious falls. He had been a varsity athlete in college, and he was in great shape when he started falling.

In about a year he had to close his office as his falls were unpredictable. He was diagnosed with absence seizures due to his uncontrollable eye movement and jerking of his head.

A few years later he died from aspiration pneumonia.

About 5 years ago, a good friend got this same diagnosis. He had fallen a couple of times and didn’t have the head jerking and eye movement. Several of us told him to get a danifferent diagnosis, and he went to a med center in Floriduh and was diagnosed with Parkinson’s, not this variation.

He was put on a good exercise program including yoga and chair yoga besides Sinemet, low dose Elavil and plain L-Dopa when needed for his Parkinson’s. The doctors advised a semi Paleo diet with minimal if any carbs and zero refined sugar and no processed foods. He is basically on the Mediterranean diet. If he gets hungry, he snacks on fresh fruit and veggies. His wife keep a couple of trays with fruit and veggies, one in the kitchen and one in their family room/

He is back to running a few miles a day besides the above exercises and kayaking and fishing from his kayak.

If he starts to have a tremor, he will take a plain L-dopa tab, and that usually calms the tremors. He has learned to self diagnose and when to take the extra L-Dopa to cut off the tremors. Also, getting up off his butt and walking a
couple of blocks helps to calm the tremors. He has been told by his doctors not spend more than 45 minutes at a time use his computer or IPad. He takes a break, walks and snacks if he has to use the computer in his new business, from his home.

He retired from his job as a sales manager that required a lot of driving. His wife does any long distance and heavy traffic driving. The stress from that type of driving can bring out the PD syndromes.

That was my first thought too

A type of palsy

One wonders if her fall caused onset of symptoms or if her neuro disorder caused the fall

Injuries can cause brain bruise or lesions which can manifest later as many maladies including tumors

My dad had football injuries from back in leather helmet days and then as a tac fighter pilot he crash landed a dead stick F84 into a shallow lagoon and concussion in same place

Fast forward to age 65 and an astrocytoma started in same spot and eventually manifested as a megaglioma which proved morbid in short order

My guess is damaged or dead cerebral tissue can form the genesis of mestastasis

Seems there should be some mechanism in our government for guaranteeing the people receive the information they need before an election. The FEC? Congress? Is it all thoroughly corrupt so that it’s all on the side of the Democrats, no matter what?

If so, there is a plan in the works. They CAN’T be intending to have this deplorable basket case as their president. Even as a total puppet she would be a danger.

“The body double weighs approx. thirty pounds less than illary....”

I would tend to think that there’s no possible way that a politician in our nation could even think of using a “body double”, with all the instantaneous photo and video sharing, and the knowledge of the devastating consequences of ridicule, mockery, and jokes of the sort Sadam experienced when it came out that he was using multiple “body doubles”. I’d say that such talk is absolutely conspiratorial talk of the highest tinfoil crown magnitude to think that a candidate for United States presidency would resort to such deceit. That there’s no way they could hope to pull it off. However... I’m not sure how long ago it was, but it was before there was ANY talk online about the possibility of Hillary using a “body double”, that I started seeing photos of her in articles that looked like they had been taken of her 20 years earlier. So striking was the contrast that I had to go back and make sure I was reading a current article with current photos, and this was on multiple occasions. I highly doubt that her campaign is still using any body doubles now that people’s suspicions have led to online chatter about such, but given the Clinton’s history of deceit and lies, even when they don’t need to lie, and given that no evil deed is below them, and she desires to ‘win’ this election at ANY cost, once all the cards are down and there’s been closer scrutiny of some of ‘her’ public appearances, it will become public knowledge that she has resorted to every devious campaign and election tactic, usually only seen employed by turd world dictators, including the use of a body double.

For the Uniparty Globalists to resort to such absolutely insane tactics, knowing full well that if they are exposed they’ll lose ALL credibility for decades, implies that they are going for broke, that they MUST win at all costs. This is an incredibly dangerous position. They’re like a cornered wild animal, and I fear they’ll burn this nation down, literally, before losing control.

Having transient, convenient, and selective amnesia allows for a false plausible deniability and has apparently become an endearing quality to her supporters. She just claims not to remember, blames her memory loss on the 2012 concussion, insists that people accept that as an excuse, it then turns it into a false apology, and it's all GOOD. See how this works?

There has to be more to the story.

Can anyone help out filling in the tick-tock on the following time line? Where was Huma? Did Huma take medical leave? Is there a flight log as to what kind of aircraft the State Department assigned to her in this time frame? Did the State Department either damage a C-12 Huron or is there one missing from the inventory? Did she start negotiating with Iran on the nuke deal in this time frame? Will Assange have more "personal" emails in the Dec 2012-Feb 2013 time frame which may reveal more?

Regarding the "fall", there are conflicting reports. Some say it "happened at home". Which home? Was there an ambulance call? Some say the fall hapened in her 17th-floor office at the State Department. Was there an ambulance call? So which is it? At one of her homes, or in her office?

Helment given to Hillary from her staff "for the next time she flies".

Wiklieaks pertinent email from Clinton's server.

Human nature being what it is, there is likely a combination of issues here.

First, illary has her mania set on being the first female president, regardless of how it does her in ... Clintons are legacy oriented once they get everything else they want.

Second, the globalist oligarchy are trying to get Tim Kaine into power and illary is their best shopt at doing it with an electrion.

Third, the one-world new world order needs to break America's back to prevent a powerful Republic of sovereign voters from thwarting their one-world order.

Fourth, the vote cheating can be very determinative, but can only be used in America when an election is close. Look for the oligarchy to use any means they can to make this a close election so they can cheat the vote and get their man into the White House to finish what their degenerate poppet started eight years ago.

Here's a prediction soon to be fulfilled: the evil oligarchy (think Soros and company) will stage a riot in which Hispanics will be teamed with blacks, all paid for by Soros&co. and aimed at changing Hispanic minds and keeping the black herds on the DNC plantation for this last election in America.

It is called the internet with sites like Free Republic, Drudge, Sundance and other conservative sites.

We can’t nor should we ever trust the Government to give us the correct info needed to vote for or against.

Why do we have to keep guessing at this? Look at the bigger question: not what does she have, but why aren’t we being given the proper information?

It could be because they think they're THAT close to achieving their goals for our Republic.

If WE realize how important this particular election is, they probably do too. Once they get millions of illegals in and voting, it's over. Done. And they know it. All they have to do is get her elected by dragging her over the finish line with electronic voting theft in a few key districts/states (PA & OH would be my bet). Then they'll have what's-his-name as a malleable VP to install as President.

Very interesting information.

How does this fit with her episode on 9/11?

Clearly that was not a fainting or dizzy spell.

Her head, neck and torso were upright and rigid at the same time as her legs had no motor ability and were literally being dragged along the ground. It was very strange. If she had been unconscious, her head would have drooped down. Instead her head was erect.

It seemed like a temporary brain malfunction that only affected the lower part of her body. A brain lesion?
