If you want on or off the ping list for the daily newspaper from 120 years ago, drop me a line, either here or by FReep mail. The rate is 23 cents per week (3 cents for the dailies and a nickel for Sunday).

Fortunately Trump is from NY and is able to maintain full flank speed, unlike Cruz.

The more things change...

"Remedying Race Prejudice", "Like a Big Funeral - A more listless, hopeless gathering of [Democrat] delegates has never been brought together ...", ...

I was wondering how this thread related to Ted Cruz. Thanks.

The front page story was about the very dull and boring Popocrat Convention. “Like a big funeral.”

Yes, a Popocrat was a Democrat by definition.

Definition of Popocrat
plural -s
usually disparaging
: a Democrat supporting Populist policies in the last decade of the 19th century

The ship later sank at dock and had to be raised.

Out of date by the time it was launched.

Must have been another ship than the battleship Texas. It wasn’t launched untill 1912.

The three Irish guys brought an unmuzzled bull terrier to a gunfight with an unknown Italian guy. Bad planning.

Yup, I see they renamed her as san Marcos so they could give Texas name to the new Battleship Texas.

VERY Bad. :)

Don’t think the animosity doesn’t linger in the older folk of both sides.

But you probably knew that.

I’m 48 and we tease each other but none of it is real.

The last generation, eh, still some hardcores.
