You need to get off FR more and go to other sites #1 and #2 you need to go to bars and talk with you and pretend you are a social liberal for a while and get other people’s POV under 35. I don’t get on Twitter at all or Facebook and yet I’ve seen Milo mentioned on at least a dozen boards this year - the majority of which cater to those under 40.
Go to bars? Baby, I worked at Studio 54 when you were reading Hardy Boy novels. I was there during the AIDS epidemic and saw several friends die from it. I remember sitting in a leather bar called Sneakers off Christopher Street with friends discussing whether Poppers were causing this weird new gay disease.
Most of my life has been spent in New York City theater and its environs and I know the gay life style front, back and central and it isn’t pretty.
I haven’t heard one gay guy mention Milo backstage at my husband’s most recent show. They’re too busy discussing Beyoncé’s recent scandal or hairstyle or whatever. (I stopped listening.)
