It would be enlightening to hear and see a video of the interview questioning of Hillary by the FBI, where most likely she coughed during the interview. However, the Government chose not to video the interview.

I, too, noticed she didn’t drink anything. Meaning whatever it is, she knows water won’t do the trick. Right before the cough started, she appeared to be gagging and swallowing or something like when someone has heartburn. But we know it’s not something so simple as heartburn. Then she comes back all perky but slurred speech which means an injection of something that acts quickly.
A muscle relaxer for her throat?
When she’s sipping water, the water level barely goes down in the glass, if any. The water is nothing but a prop. Just like she never drank any water on the plane.
What did she put into her mouth? If all she needs is a few cough drops, then she should carry some in her pocket and not rely on someone to bring her one. Whatever she put into her mouth wasn’t one or you’d see her sucking it. She didn’t use the cough drop the woman gave her. Kaine, seemingly full of himself, all but ignored her coughing and then oddly took the cough drop himself. It’s all very curious. She said we have 63 days, but does she?
That little teeny drop of water she took wasn’t enough to do a thing. IMO, the water is a prop.
Lasix is just a diuretic. It is commonly given to people with congestive heart failure to drive out excessive liquid that promotes a "wet" cough. Both my mother and oldest son had prolonged periods of congestive heart failure. Mom was balancing a steadily degrading level of kidney function from the Lasix vs having lungs full of fluid so she couldn't breathe. The week before she passed, a lung X-ray to evaluate the "wet" state of her lungs turned up lung cancer in both lungs.
Hillary appears to be on drugs to treat Parkinson's. The coughing may be due to progressive loss of control of the throat muscles needed for proper swallowing. She will aspirate saliva and/or water into her lungs. That sets off a coughing fit.

I was listening to Hillary's plane interviews today... my gosh it's horrific hearing her talk about what she wants to do for the American people....
She has no idea she's being interviewed for “a job”...rather ‘Trump framing’ all her responses accusing him of everything she herself is sooooo guilty of. Which there's a huge difference between her 30 yrs. of accomplishing nothing for this country but destruction...as a “servant” of the people....and Trumps work running a private business. He wasn't there to serve the American people...though his work benefited many as Hillary never gave jobs to people.... Can you imagine this screaming bancheeeee Representing our country...or even in the position of President itself??? I can't.....

There was once upon a time, a scandal, which I no longer recall clearly, about Race Horses being given Lasix, and its effect on their lungs.
Since elections are often coloquially referred to as horse races, I was being indirectly sarcastic.
I'm not into horse racing, so the indirect nature of the sarcasm was missed.
Some horses (bleeders) when racing would start bleeding from the lungs, lasix was given to these horses to control bleeding. Not sure about now, but years ago when my family was in the racing business, lasix usage was only legal in certain states.

He makes an interesting point about 'short circuited' ... If you Google "parkinson's short circuit" it seems to be a common medical term that doctors use related to Parkinson's, yet, it's not a common term to use in plain language otherwise
Yes, ...and bleeding into the lungs would (to a layperson like *me*) be associated with...coughing.
