The cost 5¢ when I was a kid in the 50s. But I remembering my dad telling me that Hershey bars when he was younger were a lot bigger. While going through the Pensacola Aviation museum, I saw a Hershey bar from the 40s. Four ounces—a quarter of a pound for a nickel.
