Yes. We have many of the JSO DVD’s, and enjoy listening to them often.

His last name appear prominently in crossword puzzles.
When crossword creators get tired of 'lieu' they use 'rieu' in lieu of 'lieu.

Yes, I too love my DVD’s .. the music is so soothing - and the staging is so beautiful .. it takes away some of the harshness of the day’s events.

What an odd coincidence. I had never heard of Andre Rieu, but an hour ago I was listening to some hymns song by George Beverly Shay, and I decided to click on a link to Andre Rieu's Nearer My God to thee.
Thanks for the links, I had never heard of him two hours ago, but now I'm a fan.

One of the first things I do after removing my work clothes is to read my mail while listening to Andre on youtube.
At the moment, the theme from Romeo and Juliet is playing. If he ever returns to the US, I will definitely going to schedule his concert!

I love Andre Rieu’s televised concerts, and hubby surprised me with tickets to see a performance live in Rochester, NY. My favorite song was My Way, as performed in the Radio City concert.

Thank you so much, I was going to bed and decided to check in at FR first, so glad I did. I had not heard his music before, and it is beautiful!

Thank you of reminding me of this great artist. And what an impressive man Andre is! Like our Republican nominee, his strength, compassion, and character gushes from him on stage. And what an ambassador of good will. Three years ago he gave a qreat concert in Radio City Music Hall, New York. Here's one of the performances: |
