Usually when this is required before marriage [which often it is for various reasons], virginity is verified by an OB-Gyn of choice and forwarded to the man’s family ... or to him.

Where are "virginity tests" required prior to marriage if there were such a test for an Ob/Gyn to administer in the first place which there isn't.
