Some of those networks aren’t even available on all basic cable/satellite systems, e.g. NBC sports and NFL Network. NBC sports had the Olympics so they’ll be back down to nothing soon but the NFL Network is pretty reruns of preseason games and the same newscast over and over.

MeAgain Kelly will be pleased with her new digs, then. She tanked Fox ratings and gets to go to CNN where she’ll bottom the ratings out for good.

CNN is supposed to be a news organization.
It instead is little more than the Clinton propaganda network.
That and a shill for Mr. Obammy.
Why would anyone other than a clinton troll watch their lies and B.S.?

That Adult Swim is ahead of all the aforementioned channels at #9 is telling. It is probably #1 in Colorado.

Pleased to see HGTV near the top. It is far more constructive, literally and figuratively, than anything else on this list.

“CNN is no longer a cable news network. It’s ALL-HATE-TRUMP all the time.”

I wonder if there ratings are a realistic election poll.

Last week they were only trailing The Garden Network.

It just keeps getting worse for them, I read one DU poster saying they’re also boycotting CNN,

In the novel 1984, the the screen would pop on, propaganda would pour forth at regular intervals. All work would stop and all eyes would be directed at the screen. On the way home, Winston (the main character) would pass by the posters (seemingly everywhere) spewing the same “Big Brother” message. In his home the “TV” would automatically come on at various times during the day and, again, the message of Big Brother in one way, shape or form spewed forth. It was everywhere, all the time. Ultimately, the point is reached where public conversation strayed little from the thoughts and intents of Big Brother (free thinking was something you could get arrested for).

CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC, MSNBC, Washington Post, NY Times, Time Magazine, Newsweek Magazine, Huffington Post, Atlantic, People, Oprah, Rolling Stone, Public Schools, Universities, Textbooks—and thousands of other places.

Who is watching these propaganda networks? How could you miss it!

Adult Swim?

Huh? What channel is that?

From From Wikipedia:

Adult Swim (stylized as [adult swim] or [as]) is an American cable network that operates every night from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Eastern and Pacific Time, on Cartoon Network. Both networks are owned by Time Warner through the Turner Broadcasting System subsidiary. It is programmed by Williams Street Productions, a subsidiary of Turner, which also developed two prior television programming blocks seen on Cartoon Network: Toonami (which later became a block on Adult Swim in 2012) and Miguzi. The name comes from a phrase used by public swimming pools in the United States to label designated times when children are restricted from using the facilities in favor of adults.

Debuting as a programming block on Cartoon Network in 2001, Adult Swim was established as alternative programming during the late night hours when Cartoon Network's primary target audience, children between the ages of 7 to 15, would normally be sleeping. Much of Adult Swim's general content is known for its risqué, unorthodox and often bizarre presentation, while many of the series features are developed in stark contrast with traditional American television programs. The network was granted its own Nielsen ratings report from Cartoon Network due to targeting a separate demographic. The block features stylistically varied animated and live-action shows including original programming, syndicated series mainly consisting of Fox animated programming, short films, OVAs, and Japanese anime, generally with minimal or no editing for content.

In the United States, Adult Swim has frequently aired recent or older adult animation features, Japanese anime, mockumentaries, sketch comedy, live-action, and pilots. Shows may have sexual themes, frank sexual discussion, nudity, strong language, and graphic violence. While the network features comedies and dramas of all types, many of its programs are aesthetically experimental, transgressive, improvised, and surreal in nature. Adult Swim has contracted with various studios known for their productions in absurd and shock comedy.

In February 2015, Adult Swim was available to approximately 96,390,000 pay television households (82.8% of households with television) in the United States.

I watch "King of the Hill" reruns on Adult Swim. It airs from 8:00 to 9:00.

I don’t think ratings matter to them.

As a cable channel they get small piece of the pie even if no-one is watching.

I don’t know the particulars with CNN but I do know a lot of low performing channels are bundled together and sold to the cable companies as a package. Usually there is on channel their subscribers really want, the rest are losers. But to get the one channel they must take all of them.

The cable companies do not really care either, they are like a casino, they get the house cut (passing on all expensive on to their subscribers)

It is time that the courts do to cable companies what they did to Ma Bell. Break them up, allow any cable company to use the wire to the home.

Allow customers to only pay for those channels they want.

“CNN is no longer a cable news network. It’s ALL-HATE-TRUMP all the time.”

When I switch to CNN, 9 times out of 10, the news crawl at the bottom of the screen starts with the word “Trump”.

Trump this or Trump that. They just don’t let up.

More advertisers definitely reach me on Lifetime
I only use TV to watch movies and a few cable shows on HGTV
There is no news anymore
Before the FOX vendetta on Trump I used to have it on most if the day
CNN- stopped watching when Clinton was elected
