More importantly, we need to contribute (since the feds wont do it)to charities that are REALLY working on finding treatments (real ones) and maybe cures for our 300k brain injured soldiers, as well as making their lives as comfortable as possible.

These men and women suffer severe headaches/insomnia/depression/night terrors/tremors/lack of concentration ability/anxiety/tinnitus and many other symptoms.

Too many doctors think too many soldiers are faking it to get disability. They are morons. No one would fake this nightmare. SO THEN they are left without money too.

Newer tests are coming out to prove brain injury as a normal Tesla MRI will pick up maybe 10 percent of brain injuries. But he equipment is expensive.

They deserve better. They deserve best.

As retired military, I can tell you another reason it goes unreported/untreated. The powers that be would take away your gun rights for life!

Yup. The VA system says if you have PTSD or a head injury from service, you might be classified into the no buy list that the firearm purchase check is based on.

A lot of (liberal/democrat) people don’t think this is a big deal. After all, it’s just to buy a gun and that does not warrant declining treatment!

But to a soldier, sailor, airman or marine guns—weapons—are a way of life and the fact that your government service can result in taking them from you for nothing you did except survive is a travesty of justice.
