I have a theory about that. I theorize that Hillary & Bill never had sex because she wasn’t interested in sex with a man. Yet they needed a child for political purposes. So they bribed, paid, or threatened the Hubbells to be surrogate parents for their purposes, and the Hubbells complied. Did anyone ever see her pregnant? Even so, she could have used padding.
