HAS the party of Lincoln just nominated a racist to be president? We shouldnt toss around such accusations lightly, so Ive looked back over more than 40 years of Donald Trumps career to see what the record says.
One early red flag arose in 1973, when President Richard Nixons Justice Department not exactly the radicals of the day sued Trump and his father, Fred Trump, for systematically discriminating against blacks in housing rentals.
Ive waded through 1,021 pages of documents from that legal battle, and they are devastating. Donald Trump was then president of the family real estate firm, and the government amassed overwhelming evidence that the company had a policy of discriminating against blacks, including those serving in the military.

Asks the times who has yet to write about the Soros leaked email that shows he buy Hillary, BLM and the DNC.
No problems there I guess.
2016 definition of the word “racist”: What one is called when one disagrees with a liberal.
I wonder if he’s investigated some of Hillary’s very glowing pronouncements of Jews and blacks over the years? Or is this too much to ask of the paper of record?
Is the NYT’s still being published?
ROFL...news feed must really be slow today...
Trump wasn’t called a racist until he ran against RINOs and RATs...
I doubt Trump is but I am sure “Illary” is.
...and the hits just keep on coming. This election season is starting to resemble FM radio.
Is the NYT a Marxist organization?
Pray America wakes
If the author is interested in finding racists he just needs to visit the WH, the New Black Panthers, or any BLM rally. Much more to be found there.
YES!!! HE IS RACIST!!
The first time I met him in Rockefeller Plaza, where I worked, he shook my hand briefly, and said “I hate blacks. Have a good day”
I was shocked!! /s
Met him twice there. Quick handshake and very nice hello. Like I was a person :)
Only Nicholas Cage was as nice.
Chris Matthews was a pompous jerk and that was 15 years ago.
Nicholas Kristof is the latest in a long line of “oh, dear” progressives to grace the editorial pages of the Times.
They certainly must be terrified, based on this story.
My parakeet wants to know.
One early red flag arose in 1973, when President Richard Nixons Justice Department not exactly the radicals of the day sued Trump and his father, Fred Trump, for systematically discriminating against blacks in housing rentals. No, this actually does prove that the DOJ were among the radicals of the day, as was Nixon, frankly.
This is what it has come to, folks. Libtards quoting other libtards to "prove" their accusations.
English: This is the information I was spoon fed by the Clinton campaign.
Interesting that the date of the article is July 23.
documents from 1973 are ‘devastating’?
They had to go back to 1973 to dig up ‘dirt’?
And we are to take his word for it that it is raciam? Not loaning money to people who could not afford to pay it back is NOT racism, until the governmnt decides it is.
I think this guy is too stupid to read 1000 pages of anything.
Donald Trump has been in the public spotlight (mostly by choice, sometimes not) for nearly 40 years. I am from the NY area, and I can promise you that the Slimes, the Daily News, the Post and a whole host of TV stations would have LOVED to have discovered that Trump is a racist - well before anyone had any thought that he’d run for President. That would have sold a LOT of papers and increased ratings a LOT - if it could have been found.
Oh, BTW, doesn’t the Washington Compost have something like 20 reporters digging for dirt on him, and doing so for at least the last 3-4 months? If they can’t find anything, then it simply doesn’t exist.
Donald Trump is not a racist. He IS a “meriticist” - if you have merit, he’ll hire you, give you a raise and/or promote you. Don’t have merit? Too bad, you’re SOL. We need to get back to more of that in our society.
HEY NYT!
This black man wants to know how many black folks you had on the newsroom payroll back in 1973?
(someone tell the crickets to quiet down so I can hear their answer)
