I’ve noticed the last 20 years (and it’s getting worse) that most news stories beg more questions than they answer. And usually some of those begged questions are key to understanding the story.

I think some people are not aware that, at the Olympics, there are people competing at the same time that there are medal ceremonies going on .... hence the anthem when he was competing.

Yes. Just looked, but just on this one site, hadn’t thought of it till you posted that question. Western Journalism, one I check regularly, just put the story up this morning, it wasn’t there earlier.
