For anyone who is harmed or who suffers civil damages, can charges be brought-if any connection can be made-against the Soros Shadow Organizations that are paying these people, or otherwise fomenting violent behavior?
Can these organizations be charged as co-defendants as well?
If anyone is hurt, be sure to ask your attorney to search for a link between the street thug and Soros.

The starting point maybe how do we make his life miserable! There are ways to hurt him. Nice to do it legally but pissing him off royally might be the easiest thing. I'm guessing they go to s HOTEL where they have a expense-paid boarding, probably with restaurant vouchers. Who books the hotels? Who pays the cab fare?
We need something like a PI who can identify them and simply find out where they live. Then... SUE THE THUG. Then demand his financials in Deposition. Once you do that, you trace the money just one step farther up the food chain. Then sue that one, and so on.
