To me this is the most compelling story of the real hillary. Even the most avid hillary fan would have a hard time defending this behavior.
It really shows how she is a vile, soulless, empty husk of a human being devoid of any moral character or compassion.
Trump should make an ad out of the recording of her cackling and joking about how she got the charges thrown out. It should be played all over the country non stop!
