Donald Trump needs to get back on track: Steve Forbes Trump needs to get back on track: Steve Forbes 4 Hours Ago|02:32 Donald Trump has an opportunity to get his campaign back on track when he outlines his economic plan on Monday, following a bruising week, former GOP presidential candidate Steve Forbes said Monday.
Recent polls show Hillary Clinton leads Trump nationally and in some key battleground states following Trump's public dispute with the Muslim parents of a U.S. Army captain killed in action in Iraq.
Trump also clashed with his party's establishment, by refusing endorse Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan and Sen. John McCain. He relented on Friday during a campaign stop in Wisconsin, endorsing Ryan and McCain, as well as New Hampshire Sen. Kelly Ayotte, in their primary battles.
"If you saw him on Friday making that endorsement announcement, that was a chagrined man who finally realized his campaign's in trouble. If he doesn't change it, it's over," Forbes told CNBC's "Squawk Box."

It would probably help if he and his supporters could put our energy into supporting him rather than being pissed that the GOPe supports Hillary. It is hard to fight both major parties at the same time - that is supposed to end by the convention unless the party is stupid.
I voted for Forbes in 2000 (primary) for the same reason I’ll vote for Trump: he was a successful businessman, not a politician, who understood what it took to run a business and wasn’t afraid to say so. But now he’s 16 years older and has run in the establishment circles long enough to be tainted by them. It will take a Trump to fix this; it may be too much for him, but in that case it will have been too much for anyone.
Any Republican that appears on a talking head show or speaks to the press needs to stay on the message of their nominee. They need to drive those points home. If they can’t do that they need to stay away from those shows. If that can’t evendo THAT, then you know they are pro-Clinton.
The rally attendance, last months fund raising all tell a different story.
These GOPe that are at least going to tolerate Trump just ought to butt out with their opinions. It’s not helping him. Let Trump be Trump. He whooped 16 of your best. He wouldn’t have won if he was following conventional advice.
Why can’t people who are supposed to be on our side at least pretend that they are on our side? Or, at the very least, keep their mouths shut?
Yes.....it was just a recollection of a time when our politics were skewed.
Personally I liked him but his candidacy was never for real IMO and I am chagrined that I even fell for it.
Regardless, his an honorable man and a disabled combat veteran and I applaud him for that as well has his resignation from the Senate to run full-time for the Senate.
Thinking further on what I’ve just said, I probably could have found a more appropriate candidate like McCain, and I am now humbled and chastised by your admonition. Mea Culpa, my bad. So sorry. Really. Thank you.
...for the Presidency...”
Yeah, he is in real trouble and he can’t even raise money. Ooops, just another bs Trump is trouble article.
Trump fundraising sets off Clinton camp alarms

NEW YORK Taken aback by the size of Donald Trumps July fundraising haul, Hillary Clintons campaign is quickly working to beef up its efforts to raise campaign cash before the fall sending the candidate, running mate Tim Kaine, and former President Bill Clinton on an all-out financial sprint through August while explicitly warning top fundraisers this week that they need to pick up the pace.
In an internal memo, first obtained by POLITICO, that will be circulated to high-level donors on Monday morning, campaign manager Robby Mook specifically writes that the Republican nominees July haul overshot the campaigns expectations, necessitating a new wave of action.
Donald Trump also had his best fundraising month of the campaign, raising $80 million, explains Mook in the roughly 750-word missive titled Wake Up Call after trumpeting Clintons own $90 million haul between the campaign and other Democratic committees. This was far more than anyone expected and should be a wake-up call to all Hillary supporters. We must redouble our efforts in the coming weeks.”

Hmmm . . . Trump’s campaign just raised a whopping $80 million in July with its fundraising efforts. Does this sound like a campaign in trouble?
So says the little effeminate globalist.
CNBC = Globalist/Establishment
Steve Forbes = Globalists/Establishment
More lies from the Cheap Labor Express. Remember last week they were telling us Trump was going to drop out? Did that happen?..
Answer: No
This was not the first time they pulled this stunt. They said this since Trump is going to run.
Remember too they said Trump would never win. Well he is winning.
The MSM and their Globalist Thugs like Steve Forbes should almost NEVER be trusted. Make no mistake they hate the U.S. Constitution and our Republic.
“If you saw him on Friday making that endorsement announcement, that was a chagrined man who finally realized his campaign’s in trouble. If he doesn’t change it, it’s over,” Forbes told CNBC’s “Squawk Box.”
...
I watched it and he clearly wasn’t chagrined.
If these Republicans take Trump down, there will be Hell to pay.
If Trump loses in November, I can easily see Trump starting a new party and taking the vast majority of people who voted for him with him
Then where will the GOP be?
Forbes is ok but this was his opinion, they made it sound like Trump said this to Forbes.
The rest is the same old blah blah.

Yeah, but the enthusiasm of the crowds must keep him up and going. He couldn’t buy that if he had to...real voter enthusiasm. And the numbers. The press never shows the audience or accurately measures the sound but I bet it feels empowering.
She’s doing great! Her seizure medicine is never more than a second away!
