1. There is a wind and you can see it in the trees and swings nearby.
2. The swing that is moving is a huge sail when compared to the other swings.
3. That is why it is moving more than the other swings.
Beyond/behind the swing set is a body of water. Anyone who has spent time near water knows that breezes come off the water. IMHO the air is traveling a certain path towards the larger (albeit plastic material) swing and making it move.
You can see the wind’s effects on the trees. The larger surface area of that one swing accounts for how it is affected by same.
And this thread needs more “Aliens!” meme.
Ghosts must have mass in order to stay in one location that long as the earth rotates.

odd shaped swing— politically correct for uber safety. It does look like a blue ghost however..
Other swings are not moving probably cause they are smaller and vented.
The one moving is larger and shaped in a way to capture the sea breeze(s) of which I am sure there were plenty indicative by the clouds just off shore.
