Democratic Vice Presidential Candidate Sen. Tim Kaine says that he changed his mind on the issue of same sex marriage, because when the Virginia legislature tried recognizing that a “marriage is between a man and woman” they were “doing it to try to make the state a hostile place.”
“You know, on marriage equality I got tell you, in my first year as governor my legislature decided to put one of those same-sex — marriage is between a man and woman issues on the ballot and the more I listened to the reason they wanted to do it the more I realized I can’t be with those guys,” Kaine told Good Morning America on Thursday. …

So regardless what lawless Obama’s pro-LGBT activist justices want everybody to think about the constitutionality of gay marriage, the states are actually free to make marriage laws which prohibit constitutionally unprotected gay “marriage” imo.
Note that by hinting the use of constitutionally non-existent federal power to promote the LGBT agenda to win votes that Kaine is also unthinkingly promoting the idea, imo, that the feds should violate the following constitutional clause which prohibits the feds from establishing protected / privileged classes.
Article I, Section 9, Clause 8: No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States [emphasis added]: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

Patriots need to support the Trump / Pence ticket by also electing a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will not only work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support Trump’s vision for making America great again for everybody, but will also put a stop to unconstitutional interference in state power issues, marriage in this example.
Note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring, pro-LGBT activist justices.
