Comment: Maybe I'm just old fashioned, but I think our society was a lot better off when we wouldn't have waited on some court ruling and a couple of honorable gentlemen would have just given this pervert a good thrashing.
Should have been the Judge’s daughter and wife
and the pictures on the Internet FOREVER.
Would the blackrobe have had the same ruling then?
Same deal in some Northeastern state. Conviction overturned. The pols immediately passed a bill outlawing it. Fastest legislative turnaround ever.
I imagine this ruling violates the victim all over again.
Maybe I am old fashioned but if that happened to my wife or daughter there would be no need for a judge. The guy might need a doctor or two to sew his head back on but that would be the end of it.
Impeach
“Judges” are such a bunch of perverts.
I guess since the perpetrator was in a public place, somebody can just smack his head with a baseball bat as a foul ball. /s
This is just so wrong on so many levels.
Funny how judges can interpret law so strictly but still find gay marriage and abortion in the Constitution
What, exactly, was this woman thinking shopping at Publix? Obviously it was going to end bad.
Early in my Navy hitch I was assigned extra duty one Saturday working at the commissary. A fellow sailor told me to volunteer to keep the milk case stocked because you could see up the women’s dresses. He said “I don’t know how it works but for some reason you can see everything.” He was not wrong! I’m such a better man than I was then.
The judged should be charged with malfeasance and locked up for 10 years.
“Georgia’s Court of Appeals”
You can bet on the DA taking that one up.
I don’t care what happens as long as women keep wearing skirts, the shorter the better.
Bad ruling.
However, for women who wear very short skirts on purpose, and let stuff show, or sit inappropriately in a poorly chosen skirt, wear no slips, no underwear or modesty panels,
If someone is taking pictures in public, they have no right to complain.
You got any pull to recommend, create, or sponsor legislation directly addressing this? This court’s opinion needs to be overruled with legislation.
And that’s coming from me, a hard-core perv.
A woman's got to be wearing a VERY short skirt AND have abysmal situational awareness for such pictures to be possible.
And to give the guy not one but four opportunities to take those pictures? Smells... fishy.
Seriously, what the hell is wrong with this woman AND the woman next to her that neither one were aware that guy was RIGHT THERE? Were they drunk or something?
No law can protect someone so obtuse.
I agree with your comment
Let’s hope this goes to Georgia Supreme Court and is over ruled
They charged him with the wrong crime. They should have tried him for an L & L.
Would that include Up-Burkhas?
