That’s what I figure so I don’t waste my money buying organic.
It’s ghastly. I’m glad this article listed a lot of labeling standards we can look for to guarantee clean food.
As someone who grew up with a nutty health food mother, I’ve known for years that the modern organic food movement is a crock. Real organic food looks like muck, not the prettified stuff they sell at Whole Foods.
I buy fish only if it is labeled “wild caught” and USA. I do not order fish in restaurants unless it is rockfish - that’s striped bass for you non-Marylanders.
