People use to lock down these infestations easily with a simple trip to the corner drugstore. Now thanks the the EPA regulations its become an unbearable cost to many victims of these bug ...so they get out of control.
Hartz had to take “kills lice” off their dog flea shampoo because people were using it to kill lice off their own heads. It did work fine but the officials just wouldn’t stand for it. Or maybe the RID company had lobbyists since after that the schools required students bring in a receipt for RID after they’d been sent home with lice. BTW, the ingredients in the dog shampoo remained the same.
At walmart.com, the price for RID runs from $10-18 depending on the lice combs included... or $4.65 per ounce Funny, showing directly under their RID products is Hartz flea shampoo for $3 or 16.5 cents per ounce. Follow the money! Yeah, RID has lobbyists.
