Donald Trump has made yet another announcement that will dismay Democrats across the country, and that is his choice for Attorney General. Trump tweeted that his pick for Attorney General is South Carolina conservative Rep.
Trey Gowdy, who currently chairs the U.S. House of Representative’s Select Committee on Benghazi.
Sadly, I’m not excited. Growdy put up a good show but he does NOTHING

Gowdy’s committees have not done much more than issue a few reports that didn’t do anything or go anywhere.
Not impressed with Gowdy. Thinking Christie as AG would have been better.
It’ll make it tougher for the Dump Trumpers the more people Trump gets excited about being part of his administration.
Hillary’s probably burnin’ through some Depends right about now.
Maybe he will grow a pair with a new title. He is a former DA so the mechanics are not that difficult for throwing her in jail.

He was stymied by Cummings et al in the committee. That won’t be the case as Trump’s AG.
I think Christie will end up as the Homeland Security guy. I do agree....Gowdy probably isn’t a great choice. He hinted six months ago that he wouldn’t run for re-election this fall. He intended to go back home.

Although, IMHO, Gowdy would be and could still be the best possible choice for Attorney General I don’t believe this news report is credible.
Do a Google search. Nothing much there.
Trump will make a man out of Trey. Gowdy has the right instincts, he just needs someone to approve of and encourage his pit-viper style. This is great!!!!
