We generally watch sports, certain movies, certain game shows like Jeopardy and Who Wants to be a Millionaire, and old reruns of $25,000 Pyramid, and Gunsmoke.

But off the cuff I’d have to say Seinfeld. Definitely best sitcom.
I’m not real big on hour-long drama, so real hard to say.
Depends upon the genre’..BEST children’s show ever ? (Dating myself here). “THE (original) MICKEY MOUSE CLUB”. great show for kids in the mid ‘50s.
BEST writeing? to be more precise.. best DIALOGUE written in any show ? Gotta say.. BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER.. (which wasn’t about vampires at all) The show ended it’s run some 12 years ago..but it’s STILL in my top 10 shows of all time.
BEST action adventure show- “ALIAS”.. without a doubt.. every single eisode was better than most movies.
BEST Sci fi ? “FIREFLY”.. excellent, creative writing..
I could go on.. but you get the idea.. great tv shows, every one!
