I remember that. I looked up "the talk" to see what was wrong with it.
It's uncomfortable, and totally non P.C., but rather accurate in my opinion.
My recollection is that he wrote it in response to another "the talk" written by a black man about how his children should deal with white people.
The author has condensed and stated my views more clearly than I have. That is the way it is.
No white without connections should be optimistic about any job (especially one with government) these days. The meritocracy is so over.
Chicago on the Brink: A retreat from proactive policing has unleashed mayhem in the city. - Heather MacDonald

Excerpt (reformatted)
In 2014, blacks in Chicago made up:
79 percent of all known nonfatal shooting suspects,
85 percent of all known robbery suspects, and
77 percent of all known murder suspects, according to police department data.
Whites were
1 percent of known nonfatal shootings suspects in 2014,
2.5 percent of known robbery suspects, and
5 percent of known murder suspects, the latter number composed disproportionately of domestic homicides.
Whites are nearly absent, in other words, among violent street criminalsprecisely whom proactive policing aims to deter.
Whites are actually over-stopped compared with their involvement in street crime.
Bump for later when a link is available...
Many whites who have put themselves among a large group of blacks will wish they had read this column.
I remember one night in New Orleans, when all the bars were closing early. I asked one bartender ‘why’ and he refused to tell me. Another bar, same story. Third bar, while they were closing up, one whispered it was because one of those “Greek” events had just ended and black youths were entering the area. He also whispered that if I was an undercover city agent, he’d be arrested and or fined for admitting that. We went back to our hotel. As New Yorkers, we were well aware of black youths and the problems they bring. I was a victim of two ‘wildings’ in Manhattan before the advent of Guiliani.
Where is Rahm Emmanual these days? Does he show up to work? Does he appear on tv? Is he hiding under his desk? He wanted that bloody job (literally!) in order to - in his freakin’ mind - use it as a stepping stone to the presidency.
How’s that working out, Rahm?

I have been noticing that the Kulturkampf revolves around a war against reality.
We have to pretend that women are the equal of men, that men can become women, and that Hillary hasn't committed obvious felonies.
Telling the truth has become a revolutionary act.

Circa 1974 in my Business Pharmacy Class:
Our professor was giving us guidance about jobs in pharmacy. We were to graduate in the next year and were starting to be interviewed. About 10 percent of our class were black. They were not in our class because of their color but because they meet the same standards as everyone else. They were good people and became good pharmacists. They were my friends.
He said, “if you are black, do not accept the same salary they are offering white graduates.” He said to insist on 10 to 15% more. He was quite frank and said that is the economic reality. He also said it is not fair but that was reality. The blacks in the class were not offended. To them it was amusing and they gladly accepted the reality of more money. If I were black I would have also accepted the extra money.
That professor is retired today. If he gave the same lecture today, he would be fired. All he wanted is each and every student get the most money they could and addressed the reality in hiring.
In our pharmacy school, which was in the deep South, race meant absolutely nothing to the professors and relationships between the students. We all had the same objective which was to finish school as soon as possible and start making money. We were all professionals, students and professors alike. It was a good group.
Interesting - that's exactly what they say about izlam.
All good advice. I used to live in Sacramento and after that I really don’t care if I ever see an American black man in person ever again.
All Sh*tcago stats:
Odd name, but is very good with up to date and locations fo crime.
A little knowledge of the slave trade helps. West Africans were shamelessly victimized by East Africans (many Muslim). Slavery was introduced by Muslims as a humane alternative to simple genocide.
Europeans were sucked in to the sorry trade much later, starting with the Portuguese in the 15th century, more than 750 years after it was stated by the Muslims. Europeans did not collect slaves. After the demand was more or less satisfied in Muslim lands, slaves were offered to them. Initially, they were horrified and rejected the offers.
But work and labor demands, bargain prices and no shortage of rationalizations that they were literally saving the lives of slave brought acceptance.
It was often their own tribal leaders which sold them into slavery, starting with offers of buyouts of their most poorly adapted tribal members and moving up from there until there was little left of the tribe. If the chief and his family proved useful, they could continue a relatively luxurious life of capturing, collecting and wholesaling slaves. If not, then they possibly joined them.
The basic method of operation may have shifted territories, modernized methods and even treated their captured chattel more humanely as it evolved, but it still made many men rich, including Tippu Tib, one of the last slave empire builders who passed in 1905. The trade would continue to thrive until the end of World War I.
This is well put. Much of the guidance relating to being in groups or places that are or become predominantly black are almost instinctively known, but the Left actively suppresses any instinct for self preservation.

Hey Newt...
Substitute hispanics for black in my neck of the woods for certain neighborhoods.
