If Comey had recommended prosecution, they may have gone ahead and had a trial and cleared her, thereby making it impossible she could ever be tried again due to double jeopardy. As it is now, the next administration could come along and prosecute, as the statute of limitations would not have run out.
Not only that, besides ruining his career, he has painted the whole democrat party as corrupt and in collusion. The whole down ticket is tarred.

Well, you don’t say that someone CLEARLY broke the law and then do nothing. That is tantamount to saying we have a two tiered legal system; one for the elites and one for the little people. That’s exactly what Comey did and its inexcusable.

How can you pardon someone not convicted of anything? Can you even pardon someone under indictment which she is not? She is charged with nothing under this administration.....which leaves open the next if the voting is not rigged.....which I doubt or they would have not done it this way. They must be sure the total fix is in.

She already knows who will win in November just like she knew all along she had nothing to fear from the “review” of trivial details of a Potekin investigation. First, let me call it what it was - it was a prosecuting attorney’s opening statement to Judge and Jury.
He also provided an accurate road map for all current and future opposition research teams.
He also drove a spike into the current judicial system where an attorney’s won/loss record is the most important thing - justice be damn.
He did so in a form that was impossible to quash. Ever wonder how many copies, public and private, were made of his opening statement?
