UPDATE - 7/2/16
James Reynard Collins, also known as "Bin Laden", 34, has been arrested and is in the South Central Regional Jail after being arraigned.
Charleston Police say that Collins turned himself into authorities.
Collins is from 200 Carter Avenue in Powelton but the incident happened in Charleston.

Na, just the street name of a thug from Powellton, West Virginia.
There is a sameness to the mug shots: That dull look, dead eyes, tattoos, purposely unkept hair, grime, attitude.
They must have a machine that manufactures these creatures.
Just a street name and should have included what he was arrested for.

I suspect he’ll play nicely since he surrendered. Inmates for some reasons have fallen down the steps at the various regional jail facilities’ with only the guards as witnesses.
You can only eff with the man so long in WV. As they say, “Shit happens.”
