Nixon Taken To FBI HQs For Questioning!
blueunicorn6 | 7/2/2016 | blueunicorn6

Did we ever see that headline?

Nope.

The Republican leaders went and convinced Nixon to leave before that could happen.

Democrats won't do that.

To them, the Democrat Party is more important than their country.

Maybe the Democrat Party can pay their wages.

No democrats have been either honorable or loyal in my lifetime.

Truman was the last one I can recall.

That’s the way I remember it too. Despite his faults, he was a patriot who put his country ahead of his own legacy.

Yes, I remember Watergate well...and you can’t take away that Nixon did love America.

People forget that in ‘68 Nixon inherited the full-on war in Vietnam, 10,000 miles away. He inherited a Cold War that almost went thermonuclear at least twice a few years before. That Cold War required an arms race and extensive deployments and Billions more beyond Vietnam.

Nixon inherited the Civil Rights mess, with riots in L.A., Detroit and many other cities. That same year Martin Luther King and Bobby Kennedy were murdered and things were at a nightmare pitch.

Nixon inherited a space race to the moon which had a massive budget on top of all the other massive spending projects and it shouldn’t surprise anyone that we had horrendous inflation too.

We had craziness in the Middle East, with the 6-Day War taking place just the year before - and Nixon was profoundly hated by the communists and the press (but I’m being redundant).

Looking back almost 50 years, we tend to forget what Nixon achieved before the cabal pulled their coup: the Cold War was defused and the way was begun to finally end the Soviet Union. The Civil Rights act was passed and we got to the moon. Nixon ended the war in Vietnam with pretty decent terms, only to be betrayed by a pro-enemy Congress. Nixon supported Israel effectively during the ‘73 war and Nixon opened up China to us.

He was a fine President and a good man and should be remembered that way.

No indictment coming, as we all know. Comey of the FBI may well recommend impaneling a grand jury, but the two DOJ officials who will be involved in the decision making—John Carlin and Sally Yates—are both fairly recent Obama appointees to their current positions, and will resist. Comey will be shut down by these two, and Lynch will say “Well, I’ll keep my promise to stay out of it and accept their recommendation.” This is as clear as can be. The only issue is how much, if any, of the raw evidence and FBI conclusions will see the light of day before the election.

Lynch made it clear where this is heading when, even after being caught meeting Clinton, characterized the FBI investigation as a “review of State Dept. procedures and practices.” Couldn’t be more clear that she has adopted the Clinton language on this criminal probe. High level corruption playing out before our eyes.

Nope...wrong...

Hillary left her home for FBI headquarters at 8am and returned around noon...

So she did not get them in her house for ‘tea and cookies’..and bet she took a dozen attorneys...who coached her the entire 3 1/2 hrs. telling her ‘not to answer that question’ bet it was very difficult for the FBI...

Will we ever know the TRUTH????

Our nation owes Richard Milhous Nixon a profound apology.

Nixon would have had a real dilemma: leave the nuclear football in the oval office or take it to the interview in case things turn out badly for him ...

Having lived through them all, President Nixon at his worst was a better president than Johnson, Carter, Clinton, and Obama combined.

Nixon was up against the Washington establishment also. I recall his efforts to decentralize the money and power of Washington by issuing block grants to the states to reduce federal control.

He actually refused to spend some federal money budgeted by the legislature. He returned it to the treasury and the media, lobbyists, and legislators were furious.

Late reports say it was at FBI HQ. But frankly doesn’t matter. These are serious professional who can interview and take depositions anywhere.

Interrogating a presidential candidate and a former first lady, would be a very serious and sensitive issue. I am sure the FBI did have to negotiate the timing of the interview. Nothing wrong with that.

The FBI already knows everything they need to make a decision before this interview. This was a courtesy so when they make a recommendation, she cannot claim they didn’t listen to her side of the story. I believe the FBI is moving in the direction of an indictment recommendation.

The Dims - particularly the rank and file - just don’t believe she is guilty. It’s the Republicans who are the mean and nasty ones.

As President the Congress handles the arrest, as it is.

As a Co-equal pet of the three branches of power there would be huge constitutional issues with the FBI going after a President.

Hillary ain’t President.

Which branch of the federal government do you think the FBI falls under?

After thousands of emails cross checked with their sources and interviews with dozens, what informative data could they hope to get from the Hillygoat now? This meeting was probably a courtesy heads-up regarding the FBI decision.

" Despite being on path for a landslide re-election in 1972, Nixon wanted to leave nothing to chance and thus the Watergate break-in and other "dirty tricks."

Read Silent Coup

You'll come away convinced that Watergate was entirely John Dean's affair and that Nixon didn't know about it.

G. Gordon Liddy himself was convinced by the evidence in this book.

Nixon, while not an angel, was set up by the cabal, including the Bush gang. He knew he was being screwed but got so caged in he had no way out. He dindu nuffin compared to what the Clintons have done.

I’m still slogging through the Family of Secrets, and indeed it seems Nixon did not engineer nor know about the break in, and that the break in was created to be caught (it was a pointless, dumb endeavor on its face). Poppy’s hands all over the whole affair.
