This is such BS! There are background checks at Gun Shows! The Republicans do not have a clue; change the friggin name of the bill to “Background Checks on Private Sales”! There is no Gun Show loop hole! Private sales at a gun show are no different than a private gun sale at a garage sale! Why don't we name it “Background Checks on Gun Sales at Garage Sales”?

Having sold guns at a gun show, yes with an FFL, I can tell you that there are the same background checks as if you walked into a gun store to buy a gun...that law already is on the books....

What a waste of time ... there are already Background checks at gunshows when you purchase a firearm at the gunshow. You still have to fill out the 4473.
Why are they proposing something that is already occurring?
