According to snopes, this is false. Besides, the burden of proof is on the accuser, so where's the proof that he actually said these things?

Well, as you saw it was posted here in 2012...& at least one quote appeared in that footnoted book. I totally understand about false quotes. I usually check them out when it’s a single quote.
