THE sick ISIS killer who brutally hacked down a police chief and his wife has sent out a chilling message warning of mass murder at Euro 2016.
French jihadi Larossi Abballa posted the terrifying Facebook live video just moments after he murdered Jean-Baptiste Salvaing and his wife.
The pair were stabbed at their home on the outskirts of Paris last night.
In the video he said: “Did you think that we would say inattentive? Well you have another thing coming. We have other surprises for you, the Euros.
“The Euros will be a cemetery. You too (President) Hollande, I haven’t forgotten what you said. Us too Hollande, we will also be ruthless, and I was ruthless with this policeman and his wife.”
The terrified child of the couple was in the room as he filmed his chilling message.
In the video, he said: “I don’t know yet what I’ll do with it (the child).”
Police have confirmed that the child has been recovered safely, but is still in a state of shock.
Abballa also said: "I also address the unbelieving French authorities. Here is the result ? (aboutissment) of your work.
"You closed the door of the Hijira (migration) to us. You have closed the door towards the land of (Arabic). Well we have opened the doors of Jihad on your territory."
Abballa also pledges allegiance to the late ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
Police suspended the account as soon as they found it, but the sick terrorist had already sent the video to 100 people.
The news comes as authorities have discovered that Abballa had kept a hit list of politicians, journalists, police officers and rappers.
