The trendy knock on Hillary Clinton, even among those who acknowledge that she’s the most capable and knowledgeable of the 2016 candidates for President, is the accusation that she’s just not honest. Her opponents keep insisting that she can’t be trusted, that she’s not telling the truth, and that there is therefore no telling what she might do while in office. But whenever fact checkers look at what Clinton and her opponents are saying during this election cycle, she rates out as the most honest of the bunch.

Remember, this comes naturally to Mrs. Clinton. She wss fired from her first serious employment out of College, when she worked on the Watergate Committee, and was caught by even her fellow Nixon haters on the Committee staff, in outright lying to advance her issues.

I read a long list of the SPECIFIC statements these ratings are based on.
EXAMPLE: Ted Cruz said that Obama wants “men to be using your daughter’s locker room.”
This was rated “Pants on Fire” BECAUSE “a transgender woman is not a man.”
But in stark contrast to Hillary’s Constitution-ignoring approach to winning votes, a previous generation of state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified that powers that the states haven’t delegated to the feds expressly via the Constitution, are prohibited to the feds.
”From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added].” —United States v. In other words, Hillary would have to steal 10th Amendment-protected state powers, and state revenues uniquely associated with those powers, in order to fulfill her campaign promises.
