Depends on how you define lying. Hillary, like a boxer, bobs and weaves, ducks and covers, feints and jabs. Her’s is a particularly refined type of dishonesty where the truth is never revealed and the lie is never truly complete. It is a despicable characteristic of Hillary that no one, except maybe her husband, has mastered so completely.
