I was unaware that a sandstorm could extend out over water. I just learned something. Thank you for the video! ;-)

Well that was a heart-stopper. Any idea of what kind of plane it was?

Yeah, I never thought about it until now.

Is this the landing one what’s his name was on? Brian.... what IS his name, on PMSNBC?
Can’t recall the details of Captain Courageous’ sniper-fire type tale, at the moment, that got suspended for a year and replaced on his show.

GEEEEZ, I didn’t see it either. Thank YOU, for pointing it out, for those of us who missed the point of a CARRIER. GOLLY! WOW!
22 seconds in helped me a lot. Thank you.

Plane probably had to be taken below deck for an engine replacement.

My 1st thought.
Curious as to how far off shore they were?
To: Rebelbase
That man certainly trusted his instruments!
To: doorgunner69
Landing on instruments is truly an art form.

“I was unaware that a sandstorm could extend out over water.”
Wind dynamics can do crazy things. A tornado dropped a singlewide mobile home close offshore in the Panhandle area, and I went diving on it. The roof was gone, the furniture was all arranged as normal, dishes in the sink, and to my pleasure there was beer in the refrigerator. It became great structure for fish, and I surprised a buddy when we went there to catch pinfish for bait, asked him if he’d like a beer. Dove in the water and fixed us up.
