Will GOP leaders hitting Trump on Curiel also criticize "White Privilege" proponents?

Posted on 06/06/2016 8:29:05 AM PDT by SoFloFreeper

Another question/observation. The academic world, media, and social networks are very fond these days of asserting the notion of "White Privilege"... an apparent blanket accusation against an entire RACE of people.

Trump, however, points to a particular judge and HE is accused of racism. He didn't accuse every Mexican of being unfair, did he?

Now we go to the GOP. They tear into Trump for his words, but I have YET to see them criticize this RAMPANT accusation against all whites.

No. They’re f...ts, elites and garbage. That’s why I stick by my tagline even though some disagree.

A judge being a member of a La Raza Attorney Association the partners and promotes the La Raza organization on their website is as offensive as a judge who is a member of a KKK Attorney Association with the KKK organization promoted on their website.

We can't imply that Curiel may be prejudiced against Trump because of his connections to La Raza and that he is first generation Mexican.

So tell me again why we should be concerned about who should be on the Suprreme Court? Or why did Sotomajor make a point of being a "wise Latina?" Our judicial system is highly politicized, which is why both parties make the point quite publicly that the ability to appoint judges to the courts at all levels is crucial to furthering their agenda.

Again, Trump has not been PC, stating some obvious facts about our judicial system. It is the reason why DOJ will not prosecute Hillary even if the FBI makes a recommendation to do so.

The La Raza judge story was Trump's "control the media narrative" strategem for the weekend.

If it hadn't been picked up by Newt, Ryan, and McConnell last week, Trump wouldn't have been the topic of conversation in the news shows all weekend.

It is not only possible but even likely that Newt was in on it and that he coordinated with Ryan and McConnell to fan the flames.

This is the way Trump operates. This is pure showmanship for earned media.

One additional note.

The appearance that the GOP is not unified is just that...an appearance.

This is pure Sun Tzu.

Nothing more racist than a judge sympathetic to La Raza (The Race). Remove this racist from the bench.

There appears to be an appearance of impropriety.

That is a no no for a judge.

La Raza is not an acceptable organization or any public servant to belong to ..

Any organization whose name is “The Race” and has as its motto “Inside the race everything, outside of the race nothing” is racial supremacist organization... in this case a Hispanic racial supremacist organization

Former attorney general Alberto Gonzales:

Trump right to question judge’s fairness

Former attorney general: Trump right to question judge’s fairness

By Mark Hensch

Former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales says Donald Trump is right to challenge the fairness a judge overseeing lawsuits against him.

“An independent judiciary is extremely important. But that value is not the only one in play here,” Gonzales wrote in a Saturday op-ed for The Washington Post.

“Equally important, if not more important from my perspective as a former judge and U.S. attorney general, is a litigant’s right to a fair trial,” he continued.

“The protection of that right is a primary reason why our Constitution provides for an independent judiciary. If judges and the trials over which they preside are not perceived as impartial, the public will quickly lose interest in the rule of law upon which our nation is based.” Trump on Thursday said U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel’s Hispanic ethnicity is “an absolute conflict” in three civil fraud lawsuits against the billionaire.

He said Curiel’s “Mexican heritage” makes him partial because of Trump’s calls for a wall along America’s southern border with Mexico.

No.

They only fear their marxist overlords in the press and only serve political correctness.

Were/are the judges parents illegal immigrants? Were/are they residing in the country illegally?

Trump knows something we don’t.

We should (because MSM won’t ). Check his birth certificate and his parents status!
