The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office is looking into whether or not to file charges against the father of one of the women killed by Michael Madison.
Van Terry, father of Shirellda Terry, jumped on Madison during the sentencing Thursday afternoon.
Van Terry was one of the family members who chose to speak after the judge sentenced Madison to death for killing his daughter and two other women.
Terry said,"I guess we are supposed to find it in our hearts to forgive this clown... who has taken my child," then he turned around, and lunged at Madison. Authorities and other people inside the courtroom grabbed Terry and took him out.

Whatever happened to “judgement”? Isn’t that what a “judge” is for? Not simply cook-book rules?
I can’t say I wouldn’t do the same thing.

As much as a farce as the legal system is, I’d hate to see our society without it.

In a just society, this guy would get the electric chair the day after being declared guilty. But liberals equate that to murder even worse than what he did.

In reading the entire article, it seems the killer was taunting and laughing throughout the procedure. So if order in the courtroom is so important why wasn’t this animal taken out of the courtroom to allow these families some dignity. I am 100% behind the father, enough is enough.
Black on black crime. I’m surprised we are even hearing about it. Where are the race pimps, and the race thugs BLM? Surely they will interject soon on this lack of concern for black lives. /sarcasm

I find it disgusting that society (libs) excuse the violence of muslims when they riot/rape/kill because of a perceived offense to islam of moHAMed. But in a case like this they want to charge the poor man.
I say give this father 15 minutes alone with the killer. Would save the taxpayers a lot of money.

If order breaks down in this country, I think we will see a lot of vigilante justice. Swift & brutal.

The assassin died On March 20, 1933, after spending only 10 days on Death Row.
Death Row should only have a permanent population of five. One moves in, one moves out.

My emotions would likely take over like this poor father’s did. Then I’d have gone on a very public rant about the way the government and the press ignore and downplay black on black crime and its causes.
