Perfectly legal. I was never properly served and had absolutely no legal obligation. I didn’t write the laws I just followed them. Also, in AZ, if you ithird the stupid, useless, photo radar tax tickets and they don’t process serve the “violator” in a year the ticket disappears.
To any Freepers who may be AZ state legislators or just browsing you have to know that the law allowing process servers to serve notice to ANY adult living in a residence and considering it effectively served to the actual target of the ticket is a violation of the Constitution. The 13th Amendment to the Constitution declares that “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.” When you process serve the wife, husband, adult child, or roommate but not the perpetrator you are effectively turning them into a process server for the courts without any compensation.
