It may vary from state to state depending on what unconstitutional laws they have. However if a jury summons or a photo radar ticket is sent by regular mail only then the government has a very high hurdle to prove you actually received it. You did not sign for it, your wife could have gotten the mail and you may have never seen it, and even if you did get it they cannot prove that you even read it. I feel that if the government uses the law to their own advantage it is the citizens right to use every legal advantage to protect themselves from an overreaching government.
I am in my mid 40s and have always been registered to vote and have received at least 8 jury summons and, because I wasn’t stupid enough to call the court and just 86’d the jury summons, I have never wasted my time making 5 dollars a day. I can say that out of 15 photo radar tickets I have only been fined for one. That only happened to me because in AZ they have an unconstitutional law that says they can process serve any adult living in the same house and it is like they served you. Essentially in AZ they force any adult in the home to act as an uncompensated agent of the government.

In general Jewish people, at least the ones in Israel, tend to very sensible.

There has been an uptick in anti-Semitic attacks in Europe over the last decade, but it’s not been caused by Le Pen supporters. Some left-wing Jews are so worried still about Christians that they totally ignore the people actually trying to kill and oppress them. Not only that, but some of the most self-destructive want to welcome those who hate them the most with open arms, while trying to destroy those who would protect both Christians and Jews. It’s sad really.
