alef (ox, strength, leader, one)
vav (and, hook, also the masc. possessive suffix)
bet (house, preposition meaning in, with)
mem (water, chaos as in water’s destructive nature)
hei (definite article, behold)

If I read that through in the plainest sense, it reads as:

The water in him [is] one.
