We are on about our 10th straight day, forget how many others we’ve had. Lost track mid month at 6 inches. Hubby just came in search of more tomatoes to plant. I gave him some Bonnie Best left from 2015.
He asked if we had anymore, and I said aren’t those enough? I like to use up the prior year’s seeds before hitting the half price sale of a bundle of seeds we ordered to use next year.

I love to see all the pictures that you post. It all looks so great. Wish we lived closer together, but I’d probably be a big pest wanting to see everything, and asking a zillion questions.LOL

We live in a great area although the timber industry is in decline and is no longer the big employer. I’ve been retired from the auto repair business for several years and Lady Bender has been a “Home Maker” for ever. She is only75 and did most of the spading this year. I’m still hooking up the drip irrigation and tomorrow will transplant cucumbers and pumpkins that I started in the greenhouse. Like you my feet and ankles swell every evening because I sit in front of the computer posting on various forums on Face Book...
(Post #82) I had to replay Bastardi's Summary twice because when he screws up, he gets nervous and talks faster, and his Saturday report got quite jumbled.
This report went almost 19 minutes , and between playing the report twice, I burned up 34% of my data on the cellphone.
But my main concern was rain information for Texas and the onset of Bonnie on the East Coast; there wasn't much information about the mid-West, or West Coast
except for the formation of troughs creating thermals for the rest of the nation due to West Coast water temps .

Industry here dried up 30 years ago. Economic Development potential always seems to go to other nearby counties.
Most of it was kale, but there was a good bit of swiss chard and a few collards in the mix as well.
