If you actually believe he shoved her (and I don't) instead of her falling down due to the facial application of pepper, I don't find his action excessive in the least. The horizontal baton is a common, non violent, crowd control maneuver.....

Please....What do you think should happen to a person when they are told to disburse buy a police officer?....ask “pretty please with sugar on top?” were not the actions by Trump protesters excessive? Plant these punks into the pavement if they do not obey an order from an officer in these situations...SOMEONE has to be in charge? What would you suggest?
The order to disburse had been given IE: the police moving line....she did not listen and was moved . End of story. Why are you on Free republic just out of curiosity?

Who gives a sh*t if she was pushed? When the cops declare an unlawful assembly and order you to disperse to regain order, if ya don’t you can get your jaw broken or worse.
