It's body-phobia leading to sexual self-harming. Outrageous, really. It's the same as if a 5'4" 80 pound anorexic teenager were given a gastric bypass because she "felt" she was too fat. How dismayed her friends and family must be; how depressed she'll be when it really hits her what she's done.
And even more outrageous is that everybody else, by force of law, has to affirm and enable this poor woman's irreparable maiming, or suffer severe punitive measures imposed by that repellent tyrant Brad Avakian.

In her before picture, she looks like a pretty and healthy young lady. She looks very thin and sickly in the after photo. I would feel sorry for her if she hadn’t sued. Many women must make the same choice in order to survive. Apparently, this woman thinks that, as a result, she now has no gender. In a saner world, she would be receiving psychiatric help.
