What is the Adminstration/DOE's official stance on this situation (or one's that are similar). Steve, a 16 year old sophomore in high-school (who wants to game the system), says he identify's as a girl today and wants to use the girls dressing room and shower. The next day, he identify's as a boy and uses the boys. He jumps back and forth on a regular basis. Is this a "legal loophole" under the new K-12 ruling that the schools can do nothing about? Yes or no? Any links or clear documentation would be great.

I've been all over a lot of documents in the last couple of days and "gender assignment" is referred to in the beginning of every essay, meaning .... the establishment of "assigned gender" must preclude all discussion regarding TGerism.
WHAT ... is an assignment ?
Every school kid knows what an assignment is ... and every teacher knows what an assignment is .... and every person native born in the USA has been taught or became a teacher.
So ... for something to be "assigned" at birth, by definition must be progenerated from an intelligent, deliverer of assignments ...

And to develop an argument against assigned gender is to to identify rejection of the directive from God ..

My son told me that there’s a guy at his school like that. He doesn’t know him, but he said that he’s heard that he goes by his real name one day, and his girl name the next. I’m not sure how dorms are handled.

In high school, maybe not for awhile. Lawsuits, doncha know.
But in professional sports, a trans “woman” mixed martial artist named Fallon Fox was recently encouraged to beat up a real woman, and those who cried foul were instantly labeled bigots.

- What about Title IX, does it have any meaning anymore?
- What about college scholarships? Should boys be eligible for girls scholarships if they identify with being female?
- What about contracts to female owned businesses? Should they be awarded to male business owners if they identify with being female?
etc.
I got no answers.
So I guess this means the end for ladies night at the bar?
Or grab a wig and demand free entry/cheap drinks?
A bra and some socks and the high school boys can play on the girls soccer team? Or a sock in the shorts and the girls can play on the boys team?

How dare you suggest it’s a game!! It’s their right to decide every hour on the hour what they identify as. It’s also their right to come to school buck nekkid with dog ears on their heads and hike their legs on the teachers’ desks when they identify as puppies. Not a word should be said against them when they start getting friendly with the principal’s leg. Pat them on the head and give them a doggie treat. Are doggie treats on Moo’s approved list of school foods?
I expect you will see fathers marrying their adult children to game the system regarding estate distribution. There is no requirement for sexual activity within a marriage. Certainly there is no argument to be made of genetic problems between fathers and sons.
I identify as someone who doesn’t identify with anything.
There are nuts who have done so several times back and forth, but there was little public comment when England’s youngest “transgender” at 17 decided to go back to birth gender a year later at 18.
That may be the superficial end goal, but the REAL end goal is to cause enough confusion and chaos for the government to come in and establish a coherent (but not necessarily good) social order.
Believe it or not, something similar was tried all the way back in the 1920s in Hungary by Georg Lukacs. As the Commissar of Education and Culture, he instituted what he called “cultural terrorism”, with radical sex education given to children of kindergarten age (sound familiar?).

If this gender fluidity is to be taken seriously, then why is there any controversy over gay marriage? I mean, couldn’t the “bride” identify as a woman for 5 minutes until the ceremony is over and the paperwork is signed?
Playing queer, leaves a boy open to grooming and rape in the “gay community.” He becomes their property and his parents, their enemy; so they will not be able to protect him from what he has done to himself. He will also lose a lot of friendships and social standing among the normal girls and boys.
