Consider the possibility that this is a fake story.

I don't know if I'd call it fake. But it is certainly incompetent.

Consider the OP's hot-button paragraph:

The key discussion points, which will also be the likely flash points during the convention, will include CLOSED PRIMARIES. THIS MEANS DOING AWAY WITH OPEN PRIMARIES AND THE "CONSCIENCE CLAUSE," which will RELEASE CONSERVATIVE DELEGATES FROM SUPPORTING THE PRESUMPTIVE DELEGATE, should that delegate represent views that contradict theirs or the party.

Any idiot, except maybe a Filipina idiot, knows there is no connection between the "conscience clause" and the notion of a closed primary. Also, note the phrase "presumptive delegate", an obvious typo.

Yes, I said Filipina idiot. How xenophobic and sexist of me! But there is no Liezl Dunuan in these United States. However, there is a freelance writer by that name in the Philippines. Christian Post needs to stop with the outsourcing!

No it’s not some filipina problem or fake story. Yes it was a poor write up but the problems remain and the article is correct.

There are additional confirming articles if you would bother to look.
There are multiple issues going on here.

1. Still scheming a backdoor way to change rules for 2016 and open the door to any candidate who has received 1 or more delegates. And take a look at who sits on the rules committee if you want to do some research.

2. Scheming for 2020 to revise the rules and make it more conducive for a party controlled marginal candidate to win.
