Conflict erupts in a final push to Strand's destination; and Chris makes a decision that shakes the family. Meanwhile, Nick meets a new maternal figure.
Please let me know if you would like on or off the FTWD ping list.
Still wishing them all dead. Especially Madison.
Im still struggling to like anyone on this california crew, I aint feeling it yet.
That young girl (name?) seems easy to like.
Series took a turn for the worse when Strand lip-locked his sugar daddy. Eeeww
I was also rooting for the zombies till they had the strand surprise, then I just turned it off... For good
All the characters should be bitten except Daniel and the woman
in the raft.
The writing is awful.
It's pathetic and so I just voted with the remote control. Didn't you all think it was just put in for PC value? I was just wondering.
yeah, I’m done with it. The gay thing is just stupid and gratuitous. If I wanted PC stuff crammed in my skull, I’d go back to college and major in gender studies.
Still waiting for the perfect episode: the entire cast is killed off and the production starts all over again with a group of people who can distinguish their butts from a hole in the ground.
It was also stupid--on top of boring. They squandered another chance to add new (better) characters to the show. Not that anyone on Connor's crew was remotely interesting, but they were wiped out in two episodes.
Now we're back on the same boat with the same bunch of idiots.
What was the point?
I’m sick of the “Let’s make this one gay” crap in just about every show on TV. It does seem like they just slide specific sexuality into the scripts. Most characters have no sex lives you would know about, then you get a gay moniker for a character where if they didn’t do that you wouldn’t know what they were - or care.
(Like most people you know in real life)
A couple of shows where most characters no one would ever know their proclivity and then, boom there it is, I screechingly stopped watching because of it: ‘Once Upon a Time’ and ‘Shades of Blue’.
Unfortunately I like watching sci-fi and fantasy shows, it seems like these types of shows have the gay stuff all over it. I suffer through it, for the most part if the series is really good - stop watching if it’s not, or if it’s constant.
Unless the Strand character gets whacked, or his backstory boyfriend, I may not continue seeing if this series gets any better.
Besides that, ‘Game of Thrones’ is on Sunday night too :)
You mean the forced gay theme here?
I have enjoyed the series so far on Netflix didn’t care for the two men kissing that part of the show had better go away or I will.
I hear ya. They had a great episode a couple weeks back and since then, it's reverted back to 55 minutes of boredom concluded by 5 minutes of excitement and tension. Last week's episode was completely forgettable.
Seeing how my alarm goes off at 4:00 am, I'm finding it harder and harder each Sunday to justify staying up. Granted, it took TWD two full seasons to really find its stride but damn, at least the much-maligned Season 2 on Herschel's farm still had a halfway compelling story to keep my interest.
This one? I dunno. They really need to pull it together. They're squandering a great story.
Thanks as always CJ!
Waitaminute. Isn’t that the guy Mike encountered after landing on Earth on Last Man on Earth? That show is >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Fear the Walking Dead so much it’s not funny (though LMOE sure is).
Oh shoot. Busted.
I found season one to be stunningly poorly written. Season two improved, I think.
