The case of negligence is SO CRYSTAL CLEAR HERE that if this were medical, the victim would be cashing a check with at least 7 figures.

There is no way this is not negligence. She needs to receive a sentence of 1-10 years prison or there is no justice. No doctor could survive that claim with the same amount of negligence.
