Ok most of his doodles suck, but this one with the picture of a cook with UN on his apron and frying pan next to the point about "When will UN lift the sanctions against FRY?" is pretty funny:

I think that's also a caricature of Slobodan Milosevic with a dragon on his shoulder on the top of the page, it's got the jowls, the scowl, the widow's peak...
